Lay the grounding sheet flat on your mattress, just like a fitted or flat sheet.

Ensure the conductive silver side is facing upward.
2. Connect the Cord

Attach the grounding cord to the snap connector on the sheet.

Plug the other end of the cord into a properly grounded wall outlet or grounding adapter.
3. Check the Connection

If you have a grounding tester, use it to confirm the outlet is properly grounded.
