1. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

Before sending back any item, you must contact our Customer Support Team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or processed. 
- 
Once you receive your RMA, you will be given instructions on how to ship your return to our warehouse. 
2. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 
- 
Products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. 
- 
Opened or partially used items cannot be accepted for return due to safety and hygiene reasons. 
3. Return Shipping Costs
- 
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
- 
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 
4. Restocking Fee
- 
All returned items are subject to inspection. 
- 
If an item is received damaged, used, missing parts, or otherwise not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may be deducted from your refund. 
5. Refunds

Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used at purchase. 
- 
Please include proof of purchase (receipt or payment confirmation) with your return.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. 
6. Damaged Goods & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. 
- 
To expedite a replacement, provide photos and a description of the damage to both packaging and products. 
- 
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
