Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. For your peace of mind, all orders are backed by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Please review the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

  • Before sending back any item, you must contact our Customer Support Team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or processed.

  • Once you receive your RMA, you will be given instructions on how to ship your return to our warehouse.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Opened or partially used items cannot be accepted for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Restocking Fee

  • All returned items are subject to inspection.

  • If an item is received damaged, used, missing parts, or otherwise not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used at purchase.

  • Please include proof of purchase (receipt or payment confirmation) with your return.

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Damaged Goods & Replacements

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately.

  • To expedite a replacement, provide photos and a description of the damage to both packaging and products.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
